Workplace Relations Commision

In 2015 much of the States industrial relations mechanisms were changed and streamlined into what is now the Workplace Relations Commission.

This replaces NERA, LRC, EAT and RCS. Prior to this National Employment Rights Authority were responsible for compliance inspections in the workplace, these inspections will now be carried out by WRC inspectors.

The purpose of these inspections is to ensure employers are complying with all relevant employment Legislation and SI’s (statutory instruments). We can assist in making sure that you are compliant and that you are keeping all the relevant records and documentation up to date.
